He has 31 years of rich experience In Indian Navy in the Education Branch involved in Training & Education. An Academician with MSc (Nuclear Physics), MSc (defence Studies), Diploma in Training & Development), Long Navigation & Direction Course with sea experience, He has done courses on Direct Trainer Skills (DTS), DOT (Design of Training), MOT (Management of Training) and Lead ISO 9000 Auditor. He worked as the Principal of Senior Secondary school and also in an International School in Delhi. 15 years of teaching & facilitating in Maritime Institutes. Approved Faculty by DGS (DGS T30485) He also authored two books on Navigation.
