Capt. I.V.S.Rama Krishna, has a sailing experience of Years in General Cargo, Bulk Carriers, Containers, Tankers including bunker barges. In 2012 he joined AMET University as a faculty and was promoted to HOD in 2015. He was the founder Principal of AMET City College and held that post for five and half years. He has 25 Years of teaching experience and currently teaching as visiting Faculty at AMET City College. He is an approved External Examiner for masters and mates for Mercantile Marine Department (MMD) Chennai. Also, he is an Approved Examiner of Board of Examiners Seafarers Trust for GP Ratings. He is on the panel of mentors constituted by CMMI. He is a panel member for syllabus revision committee constituted by DGS.
